Over the last eight years, I have not purchased a car without first researching it thoroughly on the Internet. The only two things remaining after that are to test drive the model and negotiate the price.
 
I wanted to bring the same convenience and quality available to auto shoppers to the real estate industry - more specifically, to the folks interested in buying and selling land. I love to search for, pursue, purchase, develop and sell land. And not necessarily in that order. There were two things I always found missing in the Internet-marketing arena for land: QUALITY and CONVENIENCE!  So I decided to create a web site that gives you, the customer, an opportunity to fully research a piece of property ... through high-end photography and detailed data ... from the comfort of your home or office. After researching this site, the only two things left to do are test drive, or walk, the property and negotiate your purchase.
 
The purpose of this site is to present to you the best land opportunities in the Southeast. This will include some homes in resort areas that are deemed to be of extraordinary value, lots within some of the South's finest golf course communities, as well as large acreage tracts. Over time, I want this site to be a search engine for all types of land, including mountain, golf, lake and farm properties. You will not find properties on this site that are not unique in some form or fashion.

There is no substitute for walking on a piece of land. Ultimately, that is my goal. But first, I want to present these properties to you in such a way that you leave this site with a real sense of the land. I invite you to take the first step, and visit the site. You will not be disappointed.
